Here's what you need to know about cancellations at Abide Glamping:

• Reservations can be canceled up to 21 days before your arrival date for a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee). If you need to cancel within 21 days of your arrival, we won't be able to offer a refund or rescheduling.

• Add our Flexible Cancellation Add-on when booking, which allows for cancellations up to 4 PM on the day BEFORE your arrival date. You'll receive a full refund (minus the Flexible Cancellation add-on fee).

Check-in: Abide is not a "normal" campground and keep check-in super informal. When you arrive, you can head straight to your glamping site, following the signs along the driveway.

Check-out: When it's time to go, simply turn off any lights, close your tent or dome, make sure the campfire is safely out, and wash any used dishes.

Trash can be left in a tied bag by your parking spot

Reservations more than 21 days from arrival may be rescheduled ($10 rescheduling fee applies AND rescheduling must be finalized BEFORE 21 days from arrival).

Reservations within 21 days of arrival cannot be rescheduled (perhaps consider gifting the reservation to a friend or family member).

Absolutely!

We request that dogs remain on a leash at all times, that their droppings are cleaned up and disposed of, and that they are never left alone. Please be sure to add the Pet Fee when making a reservation. Damages due to pets will be charged accordingly.

Service dogs, those that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, are allowed to accompany guests. We don't charge a fee for service dogs, but it is helpful if you note on your reservation that you'll be bringing a service dog. Should the service dog cause damage to an accommodation, we may charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests.

We invite guests to check in anytime after 4 PM. If you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer an $50 Early Check-in Add-on (contact us to add it to your reservation)

When it's time to say goodbye, check-out is at 11 AM.

We do not offer "traditional" tenting at Abide and don't allow tents to be set up at the Glampsites. If you need additional sleeping accommodations, feel free to shoot us an email and we can give you recommendations for which combination of glampsites would be best for your group.

All glamping Domes and Tents have private indoor bathrooms with a toilet, shower, and sink.

We do not have bathhouses or other facilities available for our RV guests.

Yes! All of our sites have their own private fire ring for campfires. We have firewood available on site, as well and kindling to assist with starting the campfire.

A suggested donation is $5 / armful of firewood.

Firewood may grow on trees, but it doesn't split itself 😀

We work really hard to keep bugs out of the sites and away from the general area, but it's important to remember that we are invading their home as much as they invade ours! Feel free to bring bug spray along, if you would like.

As far as wildlife, we have a plethora of little woodland creatures like rabbits, squirrels, and chipmunks, as well as some critters that like to venture out at night, like opossums and racoons. While these critters aren't harmful, they love cleaning up food scraps! So it's important to keep your food in ice chests or other sealed containers and trash / food scraps in the trash cans away from sites.

So what does a stay at Abide cost. The answer? Well, it depends! Pricing varies based on the specific glamping site and dates you're interested in. But don't worry, finding out the price is a breeze. You can view current availability and pricing here

Most cell phone carriers have good coverage in our area.

We currently do not have WiFi on site, but may be adding it in the future.

Glamping Tents: come equipped with a mini fridge / freezer, microwave, and coffee maker (including a sample of coffee, creamer, sugar, etc)

Glamping Domes: have a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, mini fridge / freezer, coffee maker (including a sample of coffee, creamer, sugar, etc), dinnerware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, and basic cooking utensils.

We might be able to accommodate your boat or trailer. However, arrangements must bee in advance for trailers, boats, extra vehicles, or oversize vehicles.

Vehicles must remain on paved surfaces at all times.
